Our Services

NeuroBloom provides on-site professional training designed to help educators and daycare teams using real classroom scenarios—sharing conflicts, transitions, attention-seeking behaviors, and lack of individualized support—so staff leave with tools they can use immediately.

This is not a one-size-fits-all workshop. Trainings are customized to your center’s needs and focused on strategies educators can apply immediately.

  • NeuroBloom’s Professional Training offers hands-on, classroom-relevant guidance for educators and childcare teams. Sessions are practical, supportive, and grounded in real-world experience — not theory-heavy presentations.

    Training is educational and ABA-informed, not clinical therapy and not insurance-based.

  • Directors select the focus areas that best fit their center. Topics may include classroom routines, behavior support, emotional regulation, social communication, and staff consistency. Trainings can focus on one topic or combine multiple areas.

  • Professional Trainings are led by experienced professionals with backgrounds in behavior support, early childhood education, and evidence-based intervention. Our trainers bring real-world experience working directly with children, families, and educators in everyday learning environments.

    Option 2: Virtual Training

    Great for admin teams, smaller centers, or refresher trainings.

  • Training length is flexible and based on your center’s needs. Sessions may range from short focused trainings to longer staff development sessions.

Duration: 60 minutes 

  • Discounted Rate: $150 for small centers, $250 for larger (compared to standard $450 for a 60-minute session) 

  • Purpose: A taste of our comprehensive training and support.

  • Four 90-minute professional training sessions per month

  • Printed training materials are provided; refreshments are available for an additional fee.

Monthly Rate: 

1–5 Staff: $1,800 per month 

6–10 Staff: $2,700 per month 

11–20 Staff: $3,600 per month 

21+ Staff: Custom Quote 

Real-Time Classroom Coaching Add-On
