Phase 2 – Real-Time Coaching
Live classroom modeling to apply strategies and strengthen educator confidence.

Phase 3 – Advanced Inclusion Session
Midpoint refinement based on patterns observed within your center.

Phase 4 – Continued Coaching
Implementation of refined strategies with ongoing modeling and feedback.

Phase 5 – Director Evaluation
Leadership review measuring shifts in confidence, consistency, and classroom structure.

Timeline: 3–6 weeks, based on center intensity.

This program is powered by our in-house Event Coordinator and led by the NeuroBloom team to transform your workplace into a vibrant, supportive, and energized environment. Designed to elevate well-being, boost morale, and spark creativity, each experience brings your staff together through engaging, meaningful activities.

Each center can personalize their experience by selecting themes, focuses, settings, and special add-ons, allowing the program to reflect your staff’s personality, values, and morale goals.

Some children display developmental differences that may raise questions for families or educators.

When autism is suspected, accurate information matters.

NeuroBloom partners with centers to host structured Parent Education & Resource Nights focused on understanding autism and early intervention options.

During these sessions, we:

• Explain what autism is in clear, practical language
• Review early developmental signs
• Discuss common myths and misconceptions
• Break down evidence-based interventions
• Provide information on evaluation pathways
• Share local referral resources
• Offer time for structured Q&A

Our role is to provide information and connect families to appropriate professional evaluation and support resources if they choose to pursue them.
