Bloom Buddy program
A Bloom Buddy is a highly trained, ABA-informed support provider who works directly with autistic and neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults in real-life environments — at home, school, church, and throughout the community.
Bloom Buddies bring many of the same foundational skills as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), without the clinical or therapeutic label. Their focus is everyday life — not treatment.
Their role is practical, compassionate, and hands-on, supporting individuals where it matters most: during real routines, real behaviors, real emotions, and real moments — the natural spaces where learning and growth happen best.
Petal Watchers services
Petal Watchers provides trusted, professional child care for families and special events.
From weddings and church gatherings to conferences and private celebrations, our trained caregivers keep kids safe and engaged while you enjoy your day stress-free. Services include:

We’re excited to pull back the curtain on something special: a new set of ABA-informed services designed to empower both educators and parents within your daycare center.
We see it every day—children with autism and other neurodivergent needs are present in daycares, yet many centers don’t have access to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or on-site clinical support. That’s where we come in.
Our goal is to equip your staff with practical, ABA-informed strategies so they have the basics needed to confidently support neurodivergent children—improving classroom flow, reducing stress, and helping every child thrive.
